Production time
Up to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Often sooner.

If anything goes wrong during production, we tell you what happened, why, and what it means for your timeline. You'll hear it from us before you have to ask.
Packing
Every piece is cushioned, secured, and boxed for freight handling. All shipments are fully insured.
Damaged on arrival
Free replacement. Email photos of the piece and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Please check yours before ordering. We can't reroute a piece once shipped, or cover losses from an incorrect address.
